Miranda Kerr recommends the following diet for a skinny figure. Every morning make sure you get a cup of green tea or mineral water with lemon, combined with a fruit salad or yoghurt. If you want a variety, you can afford a couple of toasts with 1-2 boiled eggs.
Consume a fresh tuna salad with a piece of bread for lunch, and drink only mineral water. An afternoon snack includes 50 gr nuts or a fruit, combined with a green tea.
For dinner, you can afford a tuna fish or salmon, garnished with vegetables. Orlando Bloom's wife consumes lots of liquids and makes intensive physical exercises.
