In the interview Jessica Alba discusses the tough exercise regime and diet that she must follow, including a daily workout and a calorie controlled diet. Although a workout is good for her mental state, she admits “I just hate working out”.

She gets food delivered to her to ensure she eats no more than 1,200 calories a day. Unlike many slim actresses who claim that they don’t diet, Alba speaks the truth as she says “basically I’m starving myself”. So it’s true after all – no pain, no gain.
