For the second year, Elisabetta Canalis and Belen Rodriguez were the stars of the first night at the italian Sanremo Festival. The two  replaced the Czech model Ivana Mrazova, chosen alongside showman and singer Gianni Morandi to host the Festival. Unfortunately Mrazova is bedridden by an acute cervical arthrosis that hasn’t even allowed her to attend the press conference.

Showgirl Belen Rodriguez took her place and also her dress. She wore an Alberta Ferretti creation which was designed for the Czech model. The all black gown was made of a crystal embroidered corset and a long flouncy semi-transparent skirt. The dress was enriched by the Pasquale Bruni diamond necklace that exalted her decolletè.

Elisabetta Canalis chose an Atelier Versace ivory dress that showed off her toned legs. The corset was embroidered with crystals, was draped on the sides, and had a long train.

Gianni Morandi, as classic as his style, wore a black tuxedo with velvet revers by Ferragamo.
