The 33 year old model and actress was spotted during a business meeting in West Hollywood, in the company of  Elle Magazine fashion editor, Simon Robins. Liberty, with a dream body and nothing to envy about Kristen Stewart, wore a $245 Balenciaga t-shirt, a pair of mini short jeans, ankle boots and a Lanvin suede bag.

The model and mother of two with Rupert Sanders, is not wearing her wedding ring anymore, while Rupert continues to be spotted with the ring on his finger. But apparently, as told to People by a source close to Liberty, she wants to try to make it work again: “There is a five-point plan that Liberty has drafted up that she would need Rupert to follow and sign for her to consider dropping the lawsuit.

The other four points on the plan include only making one film a year in their home state of California and joining her four counselling sessions.”
