Raffaella, 27, said that she is living in serenity with this new changing of her body, and that every morning is a joy to see her belly growing. Unlike other stars who during pregnancy still want to wear high heels, as we saw with Jessica Simpson and Victoria Beckham, Raffaella chose comfortable shoes, a pair of high-top Nike sneakers with a gold glitter and floral print. Comfortables yes, but also still flashy. She completed the look with a pink Yankees baseball hat, Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses, gold hoop earrings and a maxy gray and red Nike bag.

Her mother and her brother preferred Louis Vuitton accessories: a bag for her, belt and wallet for him. Raffaella announced she was pregnant with Balotelli two weeks ago, and from that started gossip through the magazines between the two former lovers. Balotelli is asking for a paternity test and Raffaella said she is still in love with him.

If there are still uncertainties about the real father, there certaintly are none on the increase in media exposure for the mother and even her family by her side.
