At the age of 40, Cameron Diaz is one of the most stunning actresses in Hollywood with a natural body and toned and muscular arms. The actress’ personal trainer, Teddy Bass, revealed some of the exercises that Diaz practices during training to tone the muscles of her arms. The only thing you need are free weights, in three simple exercises aimed at improving muscle tone of the arms. While seated with weights in hand, lift and lower your arms 15-20 times, to tone and strengthen the upper back and shoulders (photo). Then for the definition of triceps Bass suggests to push the arms from the natural position, alongside the hips, to behind your back, holding the weights for 20 repetitions (photo). To complete the workout, the last step is devoted to the biceps. Starting with your arms at an angle of 90° bend your arms and bring the weights up to shoulders, doing 20 reps (photo).
