Joshua and Diane: more fashion than ever for the Farewell, My Queen premiere
The fashion couple of the moment, Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson, attended the premiere of Diane's latest movie Farewell, My Queen, held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in two very fashionable outfits.
Diane, 36, and Joshua, 34, both wore deep neckline outfits. Diane, who is often in the best-dressed lists, chose a crystal embroidered gown by Azzedine Alaia, who highlighted her breast with a white Valextra clutch. Joshua, famous for his rumpled charm, chose a blue jacket with black revers, jeans and a t-shirt with a deep V-neck. The film will hit the theaters from July 15th and tells about the last days of Marie Antoinette, seen through the eyes of Sidonie Laborde, a servant who was a reader for the queen.
Kruger said that she approached the role of Marie Antoniette “trying not to judge her” because they “have the same origins, the same age. I could relate to her as a woman.” The premiere was also attended by the director Benoit Jacquot and the Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford; she wore a baby doll style dress in a white lace, while Margherita Missoni was shining in a blue maxi dress with pleated skirt and transparent top.
