Jennifer Aniston, 42, has just bought an 2,873 square foot apartment in New York’s Gramercy Park at 50 Gramercy Park North on the the 9th floor. It is the third New York apartment that the actress has purchased since she has been with her boyfriend Justin Theroux. She pent $8.7 million for the new residence and it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, a powder room and TWO baby nurseries (one in pink and one in blue). Hmm....could the baby rumors be true?

The beautiful apartment was designed by the famous John Pawson and has a pool, vaulted ceilings, a family room, a hidden garden and hardwood floors. The building caters to busy people like Aniston with features that resemble a luxury hotel, including: butler service, valet, personal shopping, housekeeping, room service, catering, delivery service, car wash service, event planning and Gramercy Hotel gym and spa membership. The service charge for these perks is $11,000 per month.

Aniston recently sold a Los Angeles home for over $38 million.
