The Everybody Loves Raymond star Brad Garrett is putting his Malibu mansion on the market for $11 million, looks to take his lifestyle elsewhere. The three time 52-year-old Emmy winning actor originally bought the luxurious home back in 2006 for $8.8 million thanks to his hit CBS show that lasted nine seasons.
Situated at Encinal Bluffs on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Garrett’s property sprawls out over nearly an acre with views of the Pacific Ocean.
The sprawling 6,500 square foot Spanish-style villa with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a luxury screening room, swimming pool, spa and boasts multiple awe inspiring views of the ocean and includes high-end amenities like vaulted ceilings, sound surround system through the home, Travertine and wood floors and a curved staircase accented with mosaic tiling.
Built in 2005, the house features a gourmet “chef’s kitchen” with stainless steel appliances, formal office, and two 2-car garages. Sliding doors open up to expansive patios leading to a heated pool and spa.
