The star of three James Bond movies including the last Skyfall, has just spent $11.5 million on a New York City penthouse at 20 Greene Street in the Luxury SoHo. It isn’t the first home he has owned in New York, he bought a $1.9 million penthouse in TriBeCa in 2010, but it is definitely the biggest.

His ‘new’ apartment was built in 1890 and has 4,350 square feet of space. There are three floors with high ceilings which include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a fireplace, modern gourmet kitchen and master bedroom with a huge terrace and private bathroom. The movie star even has a home theater room in the home. The best part is the top floor, which holds an enormous garden, a private deck and a kitchen for entertaining guests.
